James (Jim) O’Mahony
O’Mahony, Wexford and Kilkenny, July 14th 2023 at his home, Rathmacknee, Killinick, James (Jim), formerly of Viper, Kells, Co. Kilkenny. Jim died peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Mairead and loving father of Ornagh (D’Arcy), Fidelis (Doherty), Sinéad (O’Mahony), Geraldine (Cousins), Lindy (Codd) and Bróna (O’Mahony). Survived by his sister Joan (Donohoe, Goresbridge), brothers Paddy-Joe (Tipperary), Kevin (Waterford), sisters-in-law Maura, Mary, Ann, Paula and Eileen. Predeceased by his father Philip, mother Agnes and brothers Dick, Frank and Danno (Philip), brothers-in-law Seán Donohoe and nephew Philip (Mahony). Sadly missed by his sons-in-law Michael, Andrew, Pat, John, grandchildren Margaret, Michael and James D’Arcy, Ben, Rory and Katie Doherty, Callum and Hannah Quirke, Róisin, Pádraig, Clodagh and Cora, cousins John and Jodie Codd, great-grandchildren, Clara and Robbie, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Murphys Barn (Y35 E002), New Line Road, today, Saturday, from 12 noon until 8pm. Funeral arriving to St Martin’s Church, Piercestown, on Sunday for Funeral Mass at 2pm, followed by burial in St Martin’s Cemetery, Piercestown.
In lieu of flowers, donations, if desired, to Wexford Hospice Homecare and the Irish Cancer Society.
