The death has occurred of
James (Jim) Palmer
Palmer, James (Jim) (Shankill, Co. Dublin and Caherciveen, Co. Kerry) December 31, 2022. Peacefully, in his 94th year, with his wife Vera by his side in the kind care of Beechfield Manor Nursing Home, Shankill. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Vera, daughters Marion and Deirdre, son John, son-in-law Peter, daughter-in-law Eve, grandchildren Ellie and Jack, brothers Gerry (Kinsale) and Eoin (Fr. Max, Southern Star Abbey, New Zealand). Sadly missed by Peter’s children David, Niamh and their families.
Rest in peace.
Jim will be reposing on Thursday, January 5th, from 3.30pm to 5pm in Carnegies Funeral Home. Monkstown. (A94XK28). Funeral Mass on Friday, 6th January, at 11am in St. Anne’s Church, Shankill followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
