James (Jim) Pyne

The death has taken place of James (Jim) Pyne, late of Ballyandrew, Doneraile, in his 98th year. Jim passed away suddenly but peacefully in Cork University Hospital on Sunday 8th September 2024. Jim is predeceased by his beloved wife Eileen and son Gerard. Jim will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his children Breeda, Paddy, Helen, Mary, Trish and Anthony, his daughter-in-law Tracey and sons-in-law Donal, Pete and Eugene, adored and adoring grandchildren Claire, Stephanie, Elaine, Aisling, James, Callum, Aidan, Molly, Sean, Lisa, Laura, Liam and Rachel and his 17 great-grandchildren. He will be forever missed by his extended family, wonderful neighbours and his many friends.

Lying in repose at Stack's Funeral Home, Doneraile on Tuesday, the 10th of September 2024, from 6pm to 7:30pm followed by removal to the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Doneraile. Requiem Mass on Wednesday the 11th at 1pm. Funeral afterwards to Oldcourt Cemetery, Doneraile. Mass will be live streamed on www.doneraileparish.ie.
