Ex Irish Naval Service, IFI and former President of the Cobh Branch of O.N.E.

Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Lily (nee Barry) much loved father of Elizabeth, Anne, James, Tony and Ray, dear brother of Peter, Anna, Tony, Imelda, Seamus and the late Richard, John, and Michael. Jim will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, his 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, sons in law Gerry and Mervyn, daughters in law Cora, Pamela and Evelyn, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, his comrades in the O.N.E, carers and a wide circle of friends.

Jim will respose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd., Cobh P24Y383 on Wednesday, June 12th, from 5.30pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Thursday, June 13th, at 1.30pm to St. Colman’s Cathedral for 2pm Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery.
