The death has occurred of
James (Jim) Somers
Somers (Cork and late of Callan, Co. Kilkenny) on January 11th 2015, peacefully after a long illness, at Ballincollig Community Nursing, James (Jim), Melbourn, Bishopstown, dearly loved husband of Brenda (nee Keane), beloved father of Fintan, Aileen, Fergus and Deirdre and dear brother of Eileen, Rita, Neil, Paddy and the late Vera. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and wonderful friends.
Lying in repose at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. Removal on Tuesday at 5pm to the Church of the Real Presence, Curraheen Road. Requiem mass at 1pm on Wednesday. Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.
