The death has occurred of
James (Jim) Sorensen
SORENSEN (Cork): On June 22nd 2023, peacefully at home in Killeen’s Place, Farranree, JAMES (JIM) late of 1st Field S. & T.C. Collins Barracks, dearly loved husband of the late Mary and much loved father of Mary, Jim, Pat, Bernadette, Michael, Fred and Declan, and loving brother of Pat, Jenny and the late Ned, Maura and Michael.
Sadly missed by his loving family, brother, sister, son-in-law Robert, daughters-in-law Margaret, Tracy, Sylvia, Gillian and Carolyn, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coburg Street Funeral Home of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Saturday (June 24th) from 3.00pm to 4.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Monday (June 26th) in Church of The Resurrection, Farranree which can be viewed here.
Funeral afterwards to Rathcooney Cemetery.
