The death has occurred of
James (Jim) Stanley
James (Jim) Davis Stanley, Monamondra, Errill, Co. Laois. May 13th 2023. Peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. Much adored husband and father. James will be sadly missed by his loving wife Frances and his six daughters Hilda, Rosie, Ruth, Pamela, June and Nicola, sons-in-law Graham, John, Ivor, Clive, Vinny and David, 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, brother George, sister Phoebe, nephews, nieces, his extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at O'Sullivan's Funeral Home, Rathdowney (R32 NY24) on Monday 15th May from 5pm with prayers at 8pm. James' remains will leave his family home on Tuesday 16th for funeral service in St. Andrew's Church, Rathdowney (R32 XA52) at 2pm (https://youtube.com/@AllisonRitchieChurchSinger). Burial will take place at St. Columba's Church, Rathsaran (DR32 NW50) at 3pm.
