James (Jimmy) Cassidy

The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Cassidy, Horath, Carlanstown, Kells, 11th Feb 2021 aged 76 years, in the loving care of Beaufort House Nursing Home, Navan. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Ellen Cassidy and his baby brother Joseph. Jimmy will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, his children Mary, Helen, Seamus and Noreen, brothers Peter, Pauric, Ambrose, Dermot, Gerard and Ollie, his sisters Margaret Wright (UK), Claire Rooney, Ann Cassidy (UK) and Helen Tully, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law and his 14 grandchildren.

May his kind, loving, gentle soul rest in peace.

Removal leaving his home at 11.40am on Sunday morning and travelling via Horath Cross to arrive for a private Funeral Mass in Church of the Nativity, Kilbeg at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilbeg Cemetery.

Due to current restrictions Jimmy's house is strictly private and there is a limit of 10 mourners permitted in the church.
