James (Jimmy) Costello

James (Jimmy) Costello of Ballybrack, Co. Dublin and formerly of Ballydavid, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, passed away peacefully on 3rd March 2026, in the exceptional care of Leopardstown Park Hospital and surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband of Susan, much loved Dad of Paul and Carol, cherished Grandad of Abigail and Laura, lovingly remembered by his daughter-in-law Fionnuala, Carol’s partner Niall, siblings Kathleen, Peggy, Patricia (Canada), Ger and Michael, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Richard, brothers Paddy, Vincent and Richard, sisters Mary, Josie, Philomena and Teresa, brother-in-law Joe and friend Paddy Glynn.

Funeral Service on Monday (9th March) at 12.00 noon in Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray followed by private cremation. House private. No flowers please.
