James (Jimmy) Cushen

Cushen, James, (Jimmy) late of Ballygall, passed away on the 21st January, 2025 (peacefully) after a short illness, in the tender care of the staff of the Mater Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Aileen and devoted father to Barbara, John, Declan, Eamonn and Eoghan. Predeceased by his sister Sylvia.

 

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, daughter, sons, son-in-law Andy, daughters-in-law Anya, Leona, Laura and Eoghan’s partner Tara, cherished grandchildren Ailia, Lily, Abbie, Eva, Violet, Penny, Frankie, Sonny and Leon, sisters Isobel and Paulette, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his home on Friday (24th January) from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning (25th January) at 10 o’clock in Our Mother of Divine Grace Church, Ballygall Road East. Funeral thereafter to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Garden Chapel.
