The death has occurred of
JAMES (Jimmy) DOWNEY
DOWNEY (Goleen): On November 13th 2017 peacefully at Bantry General Hospital in the presence of his family. JAMES (Jimmy), Ballydevlin, beloved brother of Mollie (Helen). Sadly missed by his loving sister, nieces Frances (McCarthy) and Geraldine (Swanton), nephews James and Frank, kind neighbour and loyal friend Dinky, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Arundel’s Funeral Home, Schull. Rosary Tuesday, November 14th, at 8pm. Reposing on Wednesday, November 15th, from 6pm to 7pm followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Goleen. Requiem Mass on Thursday, November 16th, at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
