The death has occurred of
James (Jimmy) Gillen
The peaceful death took place of James (Jimmy) Gillen of 9 Muckish Terrace, Creeslough and formerly of Corkey, Manorcunningham in the Donegal Hospice surrounded by his loving family. Sadly missed and much loved by his wife Eilish, children Marion, Frank, Rosaleen, Maggie, Louise and their partners, his loving grandchildren, sister Nellie Doherty of Glencar Irish, Letterkenny, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Viewing at Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny from 5pm to 7pm this evening Thursday, 15th June 2023, followed by removal to his late residence in Creeslough for his wake. Funeral Mass in St. Michael's Church, Creeslough on Sunday, 18th June 2023, at 1.00 p.m. Burial afterwards in Doe Cemetery. Mass can viewed live on https://www.mcnmedia.tv/Cameras/st-michaels-church.
