James (Jimmy) Hand

The death has occurred, in his 90th year, of James (Jimmy) Hand, Port, Togher, peacefully at Moorehall Lodge, Ardee, surrounded by his family. Jimmy, beloved husband of Anne and loving father of Declan, Denise, Geraldine and Neil. Deeply regretted by his wife, sons, daughters, sons-in-law Gary and Paul, daughters-in-law Marcella and Kate, his 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law Claire and Eileen, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (A92 V38H) on Tuesday from 4pm until 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30am to Saint Columcille’s Church, Togher arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, which can be viewed live at https://churchmedia.tv/church-of-st-columcille. Burial afterwards in Port Cemetery.
