In the care of the staff of Cork University Hospital, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents Lizzie & Richie & his brother Patrick Forde.

Beloved husband of Margaret, much loved father of Liam & Lisa. Sadly missed by his daughter in law Carol, son in law Darren, his cherished grandchildren Aaron, Taegan & Emerson, relatives, kind neighbours & friends. Rest in Peace.

Will be remembered as a former Vice Chairman & coach at Charleville AFC.

Reposing at O'Malley Funeral Homes, New Line, Charleville (P56T184) on Wednesday from 6.30 pm until removal at 8 pm to Holy Cross Church. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon. Funeral after to the local cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Cork University Hospital.
