The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Scotson. 'The Splink', Mullinary, Carrickmacross, 15th March 2022. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of Castleross Nursing Home. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, his wife Ann, his daughters Adrienne & Deirdre, Adrienne's partner Val & Deirdre's partner Jarek, his adored grandchildren Maja & Ella, his brother Billy & sisters Margaret & Virginia, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.
MAY HE REST IN PEACE
Jimmy will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, A81 D328, on Wednesday, 16th March, from 5pm until 7pm and on St Patrick's day, Thursday, 17th March, from 5pm until 7pm.
Jimmy's funeral cortège will leave his home, Mullinary, on Friday, 18th March at 10:35am proceeding on foot via the Bridewell to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
