James (Jimmy) Stafford

Stafford, Rory O’Connor Place, Arklow, Co. Wicklow,10th June 2021, in the loving care of the staff at Wicklow Hospice, Magheramore. James (Jimmy) beloved husband of Breda (néeO’Reilly) and loving father of Sandra, James, Lucy, Margaret, John and the late David (Daffy), treasured brother of Carmel, the late Meada, Chrissy and Betty.  He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren Amy, Emma, Rachel, Derek, Joseph, Michelle, Jay, Keelin, Aoife, Pádraic, Cal, Emer, Josh and Logan, great-grandchildren Faye, Emily, Bradley, Isabelle, Keely and Eoin, sister, sons-in-law Denis, Michael and Seán, daughters-in-law Mary Lisa and Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

We appreciate all the love and support from our family and friends.  As we are legally bound, to follow the guidelines set out for us by government, it is necessary for our beloved Jimmy to have a private funeral. Removal from Hudson’s Funeral Home at 9.30am on Monday morning (walking via Griffith Street)  to The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow for Funeral Mass at 10am. If you wish you can join in the celebration of Jimmy’s Funeral Mass via http://www.arklowparish.ie/webcam/, followed by a private cremation service in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin.
