James (Jimmy) Tarpey

James (Jimmy) Tarpey of Ashbrook Crescent, Ennis Road, Limerick. Formerly of Ardrahan, Co. Galway and late of Limerick County Council.

January 14th 2025, peacefully at University Hospital Limerick.

Beloved husband of the late Patricia (Pat). Predeceased by his sisters Mary and Anna and brothers Michael and Tommy. Dearly loved father of Blaithín, Tom, Colm and Ciarán. Sadly missed by his son-in-law Vinny, daughters-in-law Gabrielle, Prue and Eilis, his beloved grandchildren John, Emma, Ciara, Rachel, Siona, James and Arina, their spouses and partners Vicky, Dave and Stephen, great-grandchildren Stephen, Bella, Peter and Luke, sisters Celia (Cissie) and Sr. Catharina O.P. (Josie), nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home on Friday (17th January) from 5pm to 6.30pm. Funeral arriving at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road on Saturday (18th January) for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Kilmurry Cemetery, Castletroy.
