James (Jimmy) WHELAN

WHELAN, James (Jimmy) (Hardwicke Street and formerly of Coolock, Dublin) – 6th September 2023 (peacefully) at Beaumont Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his son Mark. James will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by his sons James, Derek, Jonathan and Dylan, wife Pauline, grandsons Nathan, Callum, Kayden and Kyren, daughters-in-law, sisters Monica and Una, brothers Dessie, Joe and Paul, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Lanigans Funeral Home, Faussagh Avenue, Cabra, on Saturday 9th September, between 2pm and 4pm. Removal on Monday 11th September, to St. Francis Xavier Church, Gardiner Street arriving for 11am Mass, followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Those who are unable to attend the funeral, please feel free to leave a message in the Condolence Book at the bottom of the page. Family flowers only please.
