James Kiely

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of James (Jim) Kiely, Beech Lodge, Bruree, late of Glenfield, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick and formerly of Ballygrennan, Bruff, Co. Limerick, who passed away peacefully at University Hospital Limerick, on Sunday, 12th April 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

 

Predeceased by his beloved wife Una and his parents Pa and Bridget.

 

Sadly missed by his loving sons James, Thomas, John and Padraig, daughters Mary and Katriona, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, brothers Pa and Thomas, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, goddaughter Mary, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at the Chapel of Peace, McCarthy’s and Fraser’s Funeral Home, Kilmallock, on Tuesday evening, 14th April, from 7:30pm to 8:30pm followed by prayers.

Reception into SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Kilmallock, for 12 noon Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 15th April, followed by burial in Ballingaddy Cemetery.
