James McHugh

The peaceful death has taken place at his home on Saturday 22nd April 2023 of James McHugh, Cullion Road, Letterkenny F92 K7NH and formerly from Killygordon.  Predeceased by his daughter Wendy and sister Bridie Wilson.  Deeply missed by his loving wife Patricia and family Vanessa and husband George Savva (Churchill), Jason and wife Majella (Drumoghill), Debra and husband Ciarán Harvey (Coolboy, Letterkenny) and Darren (Letterkenny), grandchildren Lucas, Sophie, Katie, Adam, Sam, Caolán, Áine, Seán and Eoghan, brother Eddie (Lifford) and sister Ann O’Connor (Killygordon), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

Rest in Peace

James’ remains will repose at his late residence from 2pm until 10pm on Sunday 23rd April and from 12noon until 10pm on Monday 24th April with Rosary both nights at 9pm,  Funeral from there on Tuesday 25th April at 10.15am going to the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Letterkenny for 11am Requiem Mass which can be viewed on the Parish YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@churchoftheirishmartyrs4657.  Interment afterwards to St. Columba’s Church Cemetery, Drumoghill.  House private on the morning of the funeral please.
