James Noel (Jimmy) Ellis

Late of Irish Shipping and Cork Harbour Pilots

 

Peacefully at Cork University Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Olive and much-loved father of Jackie, Jimmy, Alison and Keith. Jimmy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughters, sons, sons in law Robert and Ian, daughters in law Sarah and Aishling, grandchildren Robert, Lorna, Lisa, Brian, Declan, James, Sally, Mitch, Roscha, Aggie and Hugo, great grandchildren Rocco and Bobby, sisters-in law Maura Verling and Marie Ellis, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, his 45 card playing buddies and a wide circle of friends.

Jimmy will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd, Cobh P24Y383 on Sunday April 14th from 4.30pm with prayers at 6pm. Removal on Monday April 15th at 12.30pm to St. Colman's Cathedral for 1pm Requiem Mass. followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium Ringaskiddy
