The death has occurred of James O'Brien, An Fearann, Ardfert, County Kerry on Monday 30th March 2026. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Frances O'Brien. Sadly missed by his loving wife Vera and adored son James. Greatly missed by his sisters Mary, Ellen, Frances, Margaret, Vera, Bridget and his brothers Michael, Thomas, Paddy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in The Rose Chapel, Hogan's Funeral Home, Tralee on Sunday 5th April 2026 from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Funeral Cortége arriving to St. Brendan’s Church, Ardfert on Monday 6th April where the Requiem Mass for James will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on https://churchmedia.tv/st-brendans-church-1). Burial afterwards in Rath Cemetery.
