Seamus died on April 29th 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. He was a native of Cloghan Hill, Cloghan and was predeceased by his beloved parents, Jimmy and Annie (née Clements), and brother Podge.

Seamus will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Ann (née Harkin), sons Seamus and Brendan, daughter-in-law Kate, granddaughter Kiera, brother Hugh, sister Mary, sisters-in-law Marian, Olive and Mary, brother-in-law Mike, nephews, Donal, Myles and Liam, nieces, Julie and Katie, extended family and friends.

Seamus' funeral will take place on Friday (May 3rd) at St. Terrence Church, Alsip, Chicago at 11am (5pm Irish Time), and may be viewed on https://www.asimplestreaming.com/jjryan/.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church, Cloghan at a later date.
