James (Shay) Walsh

Walsh, James (Shay), late of Glasnevin and formerly of Kilkenny – Passed away on the 10th April, 2025. Peacefully in the tender care of the staff of the Mater Private Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Shay, loving husband to Mary and devoted father to Nikki, Tracey and Leona.

He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law, cherished grandchildren Jamie, Matthew, Keela, Dara, Lara, Jessica and Gracie, great-granddaughter Sadie, sister Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Shay Rest in Peace

Reposing at his home on Sunday evening (13th April) from 5pm - 7pm. Removal on Monday morning (14th April) to the Church of Our Mother of Divine Grace, Ballygall Road East arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Funeral thereafter to Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations, in lieu, if desired to The Mater Hospital Foundation.
