The death has occurred of
James Thomas O'BRIEN
O'Brien (Ascension Heights, Churchfield, Cork and formerly of Dublin) On February 5th 2013, peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the dedicated care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Mercy University Hospital, James Thomas (late of 4th Batt., Collins Barracks, Cork) dearly beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Breda Long) and devoted father of Jim, Gerard, Margaret, Tony, Lynda (Moore), Thomas, John, Brendan and Mary (Downey). Sadly missed and deeply mourned by his loving family, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, carer Johanna, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.
Reposing at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on Wednesday evening at 6.45pm followed by Removal to St. Mary's on The Hill Church, Knocknaheeny. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11am. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine's Cemetery, Kilcully. www.oconnorfuneralcork.ie
