The death has occurred of James “Tony” Comiskey, Kinnegan, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan and formerly Glasgow.

Sunday 17th November peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the tender care of the staff in Cavan General Hospital.

 

Predeceased by his beloved wife Briege, his parents and his sister Sissie.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his daughter Mary (Paddy) sons Leo (Wendy) and James, grandchildren Mark, Lisa, Niamh, Aine and Patrick, great-grandchildren Lio, Ella, Shea, Carla and Jamie, brother, Leo (Castleblayney), sisters, Noeleen (Castleblayney), Treasa (Castleblayney), Betty (Hackballscross) May (Dundalk), Ann (Glasgow) and Kathleen (Glasgow), nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing at his home in Kinnegan from 3 pm to 8pm on Monday and on Tuesday from 3 pm to 8 pm.

 

Removal on Wednesday morning at 10:30am arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Castleblayney for Requiem Mass at 11 am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery where Tony will be laid to rest alongside his beloved wife Briege.

House private on Wednesday morning please.
