Jan passed away at Cork University Hospital following an accident.
Beloved husband of Malgorzata, dear father of Magdelena and Krystian.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, son, daughter, granddaughter Alicja,
mother, brother, sisters, extended family, work colleagues at South Coast Transport, neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace.
Jan will repose at Ronayne’s Funeral Home, Fermoy.
Visitation Thursday from 6.00.pm until 7.00.pm.
Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Fermoy Friday for Requiem Mass at 1.30.pm.
Cremation Service at the Island Crematorium at 4.00.pm.
