Following a long illness in the excellent care of the staff of Roseville Nursing Home. Very sadly missed by his wife Hansi and children Rinke and Remco, his brother Tom, sister-in-law Sonja , partners Mari and Rachel, grandchildren Taidgh, Killian, Louis and Oliver, his relatives and friends.

Jan will repose in Fanagan's Funeral Home Dundrum on Friday from 3pm to 5pm. A Service in celebration of Jan’s life will be held on Saturday at 3pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mt. Jerome Crematorium. No flowers please. Donations in lieu to Parkinsons Association of Ireland. All enquiries to Fanagans Dundrum 01-2984143.
