(née Eastman)
HAYES (née EASTMAN) Jane (Oaktree Avenue, Castleknock, Dublin 15) October 22nd 2012 (peacefully) at her home, in the wonderful care of the staff of St Francis Hospice, very sadly missed by her best friend and husband John Hayes, her loving children Sinéad, Seán, Conor and Áine, her father Harry, sisters Ann-Marie and Trisha, brother John, and her extended family and many friends.
Reposing at her home on Tuesday evening, 23rd October, from 5pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning, 24th October, at 10am in The Church of St. Thomas the Apostle, Laurel Lodge followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Dublin 15.
