Janet Malone

The death has occurred of Janet Malone of Clonmel, County Tipperary and Boston USA

 

Janet sadly passed away peacefully on Thursday 26th March 2026 having bravely fought her battle with cancer over the last few years.

 

She will be dearly missed by her husband Ammar Elbeik and their three children Aref, Hannah and Mazen and her siblings David, Kevin and Angela.

 

Janet, daughter of the late Jack and Verona Malone will be missed by all her relatives, very kind neighbours and many great friends both in Clonmel and in Boston.

 

Janet was much loved for her big heart, her great sense of humour and love of life and her family would ask that over the coming days everyone who knew Janet would take a quiet moment to think of her.

 

Reposing at John O’Donoghue & Sons Funeral Home, Kickham Street, Clonmel (E91PK19) from 5 to 7pm on Sunday 29th March. Funeral Mass in S.S. Peter and Pauls Church Clonmel on Monday 30th March at 1pm, followed by burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Clonmel.

 

Janet’s family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the all the doctors and nursing staff in both Boston and Clonmel who supported and cared for her during her illness.

 

Please pray for the repose of her soul. May she rest in peace, Amen.
