The death has occurred of
Janice Cussen
Cussen (Shanakiel House, Shanakiel, Cork), on June 6th 2024, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family; Janice, beloved wife of the late Gerald and much loved mother of Gillian, Delia, Maeve, Michaela, Mike, Robert, Sinead, Jana and Gerald. Sadly missed by her heartbroken sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Alan, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, carers Esmeralda, Margo and Sandra, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Visitation at O’ Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Monday, June 10th, from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. Requiem Mass in The Sacred Heart Church, Western Road on Tuesday, June 11th, at 11.00am, which will be live-streamed on www.churchservices.tv/sacredheartcork. Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Bessboro (Alzheimer’s Society).
