(Suddenly and Unexpectedly). Jason will be deeply loved and missed by his parents Mary and Stephen, sister Lorna, brothers Nigel and Philip, nieces Olivia and Isla, nephews Max and Daniel, sisters-in-law Deborah and Ciara, Aunts, Uncles, family circle, Swinford F.C., neighbours, friends and work colleagues.

Reposing in Campbell's Funeral Home, Swinford (F12YE00) on Wednesday 1st April from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral Services at 12 noon on Thursday in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Swinford. Private Cremation on Friday 3rd April in Shannon Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Pieta House.
