Jason CLACK

CLACK (Ballybrack, Co. Dublin) – December 20th 2022 (peacefully) a long illness bravely borne and in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Elm Park. Jason; dearly beloved son of Alan and Margaret, wonderful brother to his sister Kim. He will be very sadly missed by his heart broken mam and dad, sister, brother-in-law Jay, nephew J.J., niece Lily, his step nephews Nathan, Sam, Luke and Max, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at his home on Thursday (Dec 22nd) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of the Apostles, Willow Vale, Ballybrack, arriving for 10am Requiem Mass.
