Jay (Blakey) Blake

Blake, Jay (Blakey) - 2nd December 2024 - late of Finglas West. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff in Beaumont Hospital.

 

Beloved son of Susan and Patrick, cherished Dad of Kyle, Jade and Conor. Jay will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, brothers Shane and Bobby, sister Tanya, sister-in-law Sabrina, ex-partner Marie, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May Jay’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at his home on Monday, 9th December, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Tuesday morning to St. Canice’s Church, Finglas Village, arriving at 9:50am for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by Cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium Chapel.
