Jean MAGUIRE
(née McAlister)
MAGUIRE, Jean Clare, on 1st November 2024, in her 100th year. Formerly of Guinness Brewery and Deerpark Golf Club. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Neville, of 70 years. Loving mother to Susan (McSweeney), Lesley (Connellan) and Gordon. Sadly, mourned by their partners Stephen, Geraldine, and Joe. Also devoted were her grandchildren, Ian, Philip, Cillian and Lauren McSweeney, Kathy and Ruth Connellan, Shona, Charlie and Amy Maguire and her great grandchildren Fionn and Ellie.
She was the last of the McAlisters of Portmarnock. The family would like to thank the staff and carers of Howth Hill Lodge Nursing Home for their tender and thoughtful care.
Funeral Service on Thursday (7th November) at 12 noon in St. Mary’s Church, Deerpark, Howth, afterwards to Dardistown Crematorium. For those unable to attend the Funeral, you may join us on the parish webcam here:
