Chambers, Jeffrey of Longwood Co. Meath. Predeceased by his mother Olive (née Landen). Sadly Missed by his partner Elaine, grieving children Emma, Elliott and Grant, their mother Joan, his father Derek and wife Gertie, and wider family circle.

Reposing in Mullen's Funeral Home O'Growney St. Athboy (C15 KW58) on Friday from 4pm until 7pm. A celebration of life for Jeffrey will take place on Saturday afternoon at 1pm in Mullen's Funeral Home, followed by burial in St. James' Church of Ireland Cemetery Athboy.
