Jeff passed away in University Hospital Waterford surrounded by his loving family

on Thursday the 22nd February 2024 RIP.

Pre-deceased by his loving mother, Jean & brother Aidan.

Jef will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered his heartbroken wife Michele & adoring children Teagan & Willow, together with his loving parents, Ann & Charlie. He will be deeply missed by his Mother in law Martine, sisters in law Georgina, Tracey & Zara, brothers in law David & James, his very close friends and work colleagues in Murphy Larkin, Tramore, his nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, wonderful neighbours and all who knew him.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Falconers Funeral home, Riverstown, Tramore (X91TW21) on Sunday 25th February from 3pm - 5pm.

All are welcome and refreshments will be served throughout

Jef's Cremation will take place on Monday, 26th February, at 12 noon, Newlands Cross Cemetery & Crematorium, Dublin 24.

Jef's family would like to thank the wonderful doctors, nurses, carers & all staff in the Oakward, University Hospital Waterford for all their kindness, compassion & loving care that Jef received throughout his illness. They were incredible.
