Jennie Doherty
(née Cumiskey)
Jennie Doherty (neé Cumiskey) late of St. John's Terrace, Hospital, Co. Limerick and formerly of Curries, Carrick-On-Shannon, Co. Roscommon. Peacefully, in her 99th year, on the 6th of February 2026, in the care of the staff of St. John's Hospital, Limerick, and surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her loving husband James, and sisters Bridget and Maura. Sadly missed by her loving family; daughters Mary, Sheila and Siobhán, sons Walter, Jimmy and Liam, grandchildren and their partners, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephew, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, relatives, many friends and good neighbours.

Reposing at O' Leary's Funeral Home, Hospital, Co. Limerick on Monday evening from 5pm to 7.30pm. Jennie's requiem mass will take place on Tuesday at 11.30am at St. John the Baptist Church, Hospital and can also be viewed online here. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
