Jennifer Waters
(née Gammell)
Jennifer Waters (née Gammell) of Sycamore Drive, Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow.
April 1st 2026 peacefully in a room full of love surrounded by her devoted family, while in the exceptional care of all the wonderful team at The Wicklow Hospice Magheramore and previously ICU and all the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Pre-deceased by her parents Johnny and Sally Gammell and nephew Sean Lynch.
Remembered with love by her family, husband Dessie, daughters Deborah, Melissa and Clodagh, son Desmond, brothers Skinny, Collie and Anto, sisters Clare and Geraldine, cherished grandchildren Paige, Dillon, Hollie, Cody, Bobby, Heidi, Millie and Skye, daughter-in-law Danielle, sons-in-law Colin and Bobby, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and large circle of friends.
Reposing at Mark Kinsella’s funeral home Main Street Newtownmountkennedy on Easter Sunday from 3pm until 5pm. Funeral Mass on Monday (April 6th) at 11am in St. Joseph’s Church Newtownmountkennedy after which Jennifer will be laid to rest in Kilmurray Cemetery.
