Peacefully, in the wonderful care of I.C.U. Mater Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Philomena and Patrick, sister Phyllis. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, wife Irene, daughters Jennifer, Emma and Ellie, brothers Donal and Patrick, sisters Margaret and Katie, mother-in-law Ber, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, colleagues and friends.

Jer will repose at his home (Eircode R35 TW72) on Thursday from 4.30pm to 7.30pm with Rosary at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon in St. Colman's Church, Mucklagh followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. You can follow Jer's Funeral Mass via the link below.
