Jeremiah (Jerome) O' Sullivan, Doora, Portmagee, Co Kerry in the loving care of the Matron & staff of Valentia Hospital. Predeceased by his wife Bridie. Sadly missed by his son Gary, daughter-in-law Karolina, grandchildren Marie, Sarah & Callum, sisters Alice & Eileen, sister-in-law Josie, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours & friends.

A private family funeral will take place. Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Friday, July 24th, in St Patrick's Church, Portmagee with live streaming on http://www.churchservices.tv/portmagee.
