Jeremiah (Jerry) Byrne

BYRNE Jeremiah (Jerry) (Dalkey, Co. Dublin and formally Glenealy, Co. Wicklow) November 24th 2023. Peacefully, in his 95th year at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Marie, adored father of Kevin, Fionnuala, Yvonne, Niamh and Sinéad; and brother of Paddy and the late Malachy. Sadly missed by his loving children, daughter-in-law Heidi, sons-in-law Patrick, Robert, Richard and Rory, his 14 adoring grandchildren Yasmin, Jamie, Ross, Zoe, Emma, Rían, Darragh, Dylan, Holly, Finn, Erin, Daniel, Liam and Senan, two great-granddaughters Milana and Leyla, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Rest in peace

Jerry will be reposing at his home on Tuesday, November 28th, from 6pm-9pm. Funeral Mass at 10am on Wednesday, 29th November, in the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
