JEREMIAH (JERRY) FITZGERALD

Fitzgerald (Skehard Road and formerly of Prosperity Square) On July 22nd 2020, peacefully in the tender care of the Nurses and Staff at St. Lukes Home, Mahon, JEREMIAH (JERRY), (late of Douglas Community School), son of the late William and Susan and brother of the late Frances and John.  Dearly loved husband of Joan (nee O’Sullivan), much loved father of Susan, Marian, Billy, Deirdre and Jerry.  Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren Kevin, Conor, Aisling, Colm, Cian, Harry, Anthony, Darragh, Eadaoin, Alison, Jane, Oscar and Liam, great-grandchildren Ella and Ada, sister Ann, daughter-in-law Ingrid, sons-in-law Tony, Padraig and Pat, extended family, relatives and friends.

May he rest in peace.

In accordance with the current government guidelines on public gatherings the funeral will take place privately.

“The time has come for me to be gone.

I have fought the good fight to the end.

I have run the race to the Finish.

I have kept the Faith.”
