Jeremiah (Jerry) Kearney,
1, Philip O’Neill Place, Cobh, Co. Cork and late of Irish Steel.
Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Cork University Hospital. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Herlihy), much loved father of Kay, John, Brendan, Angela and Maria and dear brother of Joan, Michael, Harry, Maureen, Denis and the late Noreen, Peter and Sheila. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers, sons-in-law John and Igor, daughter-in-law Mairead, John’s partner Claire, Angela’s partner Pat, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
MAY JERRY REST IN PEACE
Jerry will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Road, Cobh, (Eircode P24 Y383) on Sunday, 6th November 2022, from 3.30 p.m. with rosary at 5.00 p.m. Removal on Monday, 7th November 2022, at 10.30 a.m. to St. Colman’s Cathedral for 11.00 a.m. Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery. Jerry's Requiem Mass will be livestreamed on www.cobhcathedralparish.ie. Messages of comfort and support can be left for Jerry's family in the condolence section below.
