Jeremiah (Jerry) O'Connor

O’Connor (Onslow Gardens, Blackpool, and Coolowen, Blarney) — On August 11th, 2025, peacefully, in the exceptional care of the staff of Mallow General Hospital. Jeremiah (Jerry) (late of Sunbeam Wolsey and Cork Mini Storage). Beloved husband of Eileen (née O’Sullivan) and much-adored father of Mary, Paul, Gerard, Trevor and Mark, and cherished brother of David. Predeceased by his sons Séan and Martin, granddaughter Niamh, and son-in-law Tom. Brother of the late Sr. Catherine (Kitty) O.L.A., John, Mary (Coleman) and Dan.

Lovingly remembered by his wife, family, grandchildren — Daniel, Shannon, Aisling, Clodagh, Holly, Ciara and Ellen, great-grandchildren — Lilly May, Teagan, Freya, Margot and Archie, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Visitation at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Wednesday 13th August from 7.00pm to 8.00pm with prayers at 7.45pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday 14th August at 1.00pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Whitechurch. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully. Jerry’s Requiem Mass can be viewed on mycondolences.ie
