Peacefully at Anam Cara House Geelong on Sunday 2nd of June 2024.

Predeceased by his parents, John and Mary, brothers, Joseph, Dennis and John, sisters, Annie, Rita, Eileen and Mary.

Sadly missed by his wife, Catherine, daughters Máire and Katie, sons-in-law: Kieran and Johnny, grandchildren: Paddy, Oisín, Niamh and Saoirse, nieces, nephews, relatives and his many friends.

Funeral Mass for Jerry will be held at St Mary of the Angels Basilica, 150 Yarra Street, Geelong on Tuesday 11th of June, 2024, commencing 2:00pm (local time), 5:00am (Irish time) followed by a private cremation.
