The death has occurred of
Jerry Cronin
On March 21st, 2025, JERRY passed peacefully away in the loving care of the staff of Fairfield Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Susan, father of Vincent, stepfather of Johnny, Siobhan, Mary-Claire, Lilian, Jennifer and Mike, dear brother of Peggy, the late Kitty, Mary and Eileen. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, all his kind neighbours and friends in the Mealagh Valley and beyond.
May he rest in peace.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff of Fairfield Nursing Home for all the care and compassion shown to Jerry during his time there.
Reposing at Coakleys Funeral Home, Chapel Street, Bantry on Monday March 24th from 5.30pm to 7pm with vigil prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday March 25th at 1pm at St. Finbarr’s Church. Bantry (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in Kilmacomogue Cemetery.
