The death has occurred of
Jerry Hanley
On February 23rd, 2026, unexpectedly at his home, JERRY, beloved husband of the late Eileen née Cronin, much loved father of Jack, Stephen and Michael, son of the late Derry and Kathleen Hanley, dear brother of Joe, Siobhán, Michael, Christy, the late John and Brendan. Sadly missed by his loving family, Stef, Mary and Rebecca, uncle, aunt, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, his former work colleagues at Keohane Seafoods and a large circle of very dear friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Coakleys Funeral Home, Chapel St, Bantry on Friday Feb. 27th from 5pm to 7.30pm with vigil prayers at 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass on Saturday Feb. 28th at St Finbarr’s Church, Bantry at 12 noon (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery.
House strictly private.
