Jerry Herlihy

Herlihy (Gurranes, Templemartin) on January 20th 2022, in his 80th year, peacefully in the exceptional care of the Staff at Cork University Hospital Medical Short Stay Unit A and surrounded by his loving family. Jerry, beloved husband of Celia (nee Slyne), and dear father of Colette, Úna, Annette and Robert.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, sons-in-law Ultan, Matt and Daniel, Robert's partner Ashling, grandchildren Abbey, Noah, Harry, Romy, Arann and Alice, brothers Bill and Johnny, sister Annie, brother-in-law Connie, sisters-in-law Eileen, Teresa and Maura, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon on Friday from 5pm to 6pm followed by prayers.

Jerry's Funeral Cortege will leave his home on Saturday at 2pm approx. via Old Park en route to St. Martin's Church, Farnivane for Requiem Mass at 2.30pm which will be livestreamed on the Murragh and Templemartin Parish Facebook page, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
