Jerry (Jeremiah) Long

LONG (Mayfield, Cork): On 23rd May 2024, peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the tender loving care of the nurses and staff at Mercy University Hospital, JERRY (JEREMIAH), adored husband of Mary and beloved dad of Mark, Derek, Karen, Jerry and Deborah, cherished grandad to his nine grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brothers and sisters.

 

Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, extended family, nephews, nieces and a large circle of friends.

 

 

Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Friday (May 24th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 9.00am on Saturday (May 25th) in Church of Our Lady Crowned, Mayfield which can be viewed here.

 

Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
